The NAMBP F-4B/N Phantom II with Bureau Number 152291 (Block 23w) was accepted by the United States Navy on 20 August 1965.  This Phantom served with both US Navy and US Marine Corps squadrons.  It was refurbished as an F-4N on 28 February 1973 under "Project Beeline" (Block 9, P041).  The following table lists the assignments of the airplane.  Click on the links to visit present day units and installations.
